The above formats are what YouTube streams. It used to exist years ago, but YouTube got rid of it. I'm a YouTube premium member and I've never seen any audio available at 256k.
For the most part it's fine, but you'll probably get notiecably better quality on a dedicated music service (Pandora, etc.) Youtube audio is available in the following formats:
